IgnitionLabs, a service of John Kirker, Inc. ("JKI," "we," "us," or "our"), is a California corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at ignitionlabs.com (the "Site") or use our hosting and consulting services (the "Services").

When you fill out our contact form, request a consultation, or become a customer, we may collect:

- Information about your hosting needs (services of interest, current provider, project details)
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-VZ35ZWC2ZZ) to collect anonymized usage data, including:

- Device type and screen resolution
- Referring URL
- Approximate geographic location (city/region level, not precise location)
- IP address (anonymized by Google Analytics)
We do not use any tracking cookies beyond those set by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
- Provide, maintain, and improve our hosting and consulting services
- Communicate with you about your account, services, or support requests
- Understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve the experience

- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

- Commercial Information: Records of services purchased or considered
- Internet Activity: Browsing history on our Site, search history within our Site, information regarding your interaction with our Site
- Professional Information: Company name, job title (if provided)
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any resulting business relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, as noted above, we only use Google Analytics for site analytics and do not engage in cross-site tracking.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
