Every IgnitionLabs plan includes a free, human-managed migration. No automated scripts. No crossing your fingers. A real engineer moves your site, tests everything, and goes live only when you approve.
Our 5-Step Migration Process
Discovery Call
We start with a conversation. Your assigned technician learns about your current setup: hosting provider, plugins, custom configurations, traffic patterns, and anything else that matters. If you have multiple sites, we map out the full scope.
Technical Audit
Before we touch anything, we audit your current environment. We identify potential compatibility issues, deprecated plugins, security concerns, and performance bottlenecks. You get a written summary of what we find and our plan to address each item.
Staging Migration
We build a complete copy of your site on our staging infrastructure. This is a full working replica: files, database, configurations, everything. You can review it, test it, click through it. Nothing goes live until you're satisfied.
Go-Live
Once you approve the staging version, we coordinate the DNS cutover at a time that works for your business. We handle DNS propagation monitoring, SSL provisioning, and final verification. The transition is seamless for your visitors.
Post-Migration Support
For the first 30 days after migration, your technician actively monitors your site's performance, watches for any issues related to the transition, and fine-tunes configurations. If anything isn't right, we fix it.

Migrating Multiple Sites?
If you're moving more than one site to IgnitionLabs, we coordinate migrations to minimize disruption. Each site gets its own audit and staging process. We can migrate sites sequentially (one at a time, spread over days) or in parallel (coordinated batch migration), depending on your preference.
Remember: Ignite covers one site, while Liftoff and Throttle Up support up to 3 sites each. If you have more than 3, we'll design a custom Orbit configuration that covers your full portfolio.
